This Privacy Policy describes how StridesRC, Strides Run Club ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of individuals who participate in our 13.1 Club and 26.2 Club testing program. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This policy applies to personal information collected through our testing sign-up form and any related program communications through stridesrc.com.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for the 13.1 or 26.2 Run Club program, we collect:
- Email addresses: used to send you program invitations, testing instructions, release updates, application launches, and feedback requests.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data as part of this program.

Your email address is used solely for the following purposes:
- Sending 13.1 and 26.2 program invitations, application release notices, and access credentials

You may request deletion of your personal information. Upon a verified request, we will delete your email from our records and instruct our provider to do the same.

Your Right to Unsubscribe
Every email we send to 13.1 and 26.2 participants will include a clear and functional unsubscribe link. You may opt out of receiving program communications at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or
- Emailing us directly with an unsubscribe request (see Section 8).
We will honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive program emails. Note that opting out of emails will automatically delete your data.
Data Retention
We retain your email address for the duration of the 13.1 and 26.2 testing program, plus a reasonable period thereafter for program record keeping. If you request deletion, we will remove your email address from our active records and our email provider's list.
